All collector-owned bottles purchased on CruTrade are stored and shipped exclusively through Crurated, our trusted partner for secure storage, logistics, and delivery.
To request delivery, follow these steps:

Step 2: Connect your Crurated and CruTrade accounts
Step 3: Remove your bottles from the marketplace
Step 4: Set your shipping preferences

Step 1: Create a Crurated Account
- Create your account here.
- Select Explorer as your membership tier (it’s free) and complete the sign-up.

Step 2: Connect your Crurated and CruTrade accounts
- Log into your Crurated account (if you haven’t already done so).
- Once inside your account, click Your Cellar on the left-hand menu

- Then click Connect CruTrade

- Generate a One-Time Passcode (OTP)


- Copy the OTP then head back to Crurated and paste it into the prompt.

- You’ll see a confirmation message once your account is successfully connected

Step 3: Remove the Bottle(s) from CruTrade Marketplace
- Go to My Cellar in Crurated. Your purchases from CruTrade will be automatically shown.

- Find the CruTrade-purchased bottles you want to ship in Your Cellar
- Then remove them from the marketplace so they’ll be eligible for shipping:
- Select each bottle you want to ship
- Click Actions
- Select Remove from Marketplace
- Select each bottle you want to ship

Step 4: Request Shipment
- Once the status updates to Available to Ship:
- Click Actions again
- Select Ship
- Click Actions again

- Follow the prompts to:
- Select your delivery destination
- Choose a shipping date
- Add any special instructions (e.g., delivery notes, timing preferences)
- Select your delivery destination
- All shipments are temperature-controlled, fully tracked and Insured
- Once submitted, your bottle status will update to Shipment Requested.
- After your shipment request is submitted, you’ll receive an invoice by email from Crurated. Open it and complete secure payment in Crurated.
- Once payment clears, Crurated’s logistics team picks, packs, and ships. You’ll receive tracking details (when available) from Crurated. For palletized freight or special cases, tracking can vary.
- Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. All of your shipments will be tracked in Crurated.
- Crurated handles customs, international logistics and final-mile delivery to your door.

Shipping FAQs
What does shipping cost?
This all depends on where you're shipping the bottles to. Once you've completed the shipping request form, the Crurated logistics team will reach out with quote that clarifies required taxes, duties and shipping costs.
Can I ship fewer than 6 bottles?
Yes. Crurated will provide a custom quote.
How long does delivery take?
Timing can vary, but in general you should plan for the following:
- Europe: ~1 week
- US/Canada/Asia: ~2 weeks
- Australia/NZ: Varies by region
What if weather conditions are extreme?
Shipping pauses during high heat or freezing temperatures. To proceed anyway, you may sign a weather waiver and request shipment.
Is my wine insured?
Yes. all bottles are insured against theft, breakage, and loss in transit.
